The first in the three part Yoga for Anxiety series, this introductory 4 Week course can be taken as a stand alone training or part of the full 12 week program.

In these interactive and practical sessions you will learn the most effective practices for long term recovery from anxiety and panic disorders including generalised anxiety, social anxiety and health anxiety.

Drawing on ancient eastern wisdom underpinned by scientific evidence based principles this course draws on yogic science, mindfulness, breath work, meditation, psychology and neuroscience. Students come away with an understanding and knowledge of how to regulate their system, when and how to implement each practice but most importantly the why, so its clear exactly what’s happening in the body and mind when practicing … and WHY this WORKS!

Open to All. There are no prerequisites for this course.

The sessions will be:

  • 4 x Weekly Online Session for 2 hours

  • Videos will be available if you can’t attend live

  • An online group for ongoing support, questions and discussion

  • Open to all levels and ages

  • Minimal Equipment needed - A mat or non slip surface / cushion / blanket
