In this course taught by Michelle Bradshaw, she shares her insights and tools from both professional experience as a professional yoga therapist specialising in Mental Heath and from her own personal experience of moving through a debilitating anxiety and panic disorder. Her knowledge of how to use yoga therapy to work with anxiety comes from a place of deep understanding and compasssion.
